Sonate Classique
for piano op.5 (1985)
This piano sonata is an exercise of writing in a romantic style. There are three movements (Allegro moderato, Largo and Rondo - Allegro) in which the influences from Beethoven, Chopin, Schumann and Rachmaninov are easily recognizable.
The Sonate Classique was completed in 1985 and revised in 1993. The duration is about 17'.
